03

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed only for purposes connected with your request and with the operation of the website.

Responding to requests

management of contacts, quotations, samples, technical feasibility and custom projects. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and/or legitimate interest in managing B2B requests.

Managing commercial relationships

follow-up, correspondence records and technical product assessments. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of contractual relationships.

Security and operation

Legal obligations

retention or disclosure of data when required by applicable law or competent authorities. Legal basis: legal obligation.

04

Providing data

Data marked as required in the contact form is needed to respond to your request. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to manage the contact or properly assess the project. Sending attachments and images is optional, but it can be useful for technical or customization requests.

05

Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to manage the request and any resulting commercial relationship. As a rule, commercial requests and related attachments are kept for no more than 24 months from the last interaction, unless technical, defensive, contractual or legal requirements require a longer period.

A configuration created in the configurator may be stored temporarily in the user's browser and transferred to the contact form when the user chooses to send it.

06

Recipients and providers

Data may be processed by authorized MH Zipper personnel and collaborators, and by technical providers supporting the website and communications.

Hosting, CDN and security

Cloudflare Pages/Workers and related services for publishing, distributing and protecting the website.

only if you choose to activate the map on the contact page, Google may process the technical data needed to display it. Web fonts are no longer loaded from Google.

Authorities

07

Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer must rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.

08

Cookies, maps and local storage

This site uses no profiling cookies, advertising cookies or analytics tools. Web fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to external providers in order to display them.

The Google map on the Contact page does not load automatically. It stays disabled until you choose to activate it: only at that point can Google set cookies and receive your IP address. Alternatively you can open the map directly on Google Maps.

Language is managed through the URL path and, when the user switches it manually, the preference may be stored in localStorage. The site may also temporarily store the generated zipper configuration sheet in sessionStorage so it can be attached to the contact form. This information remains in the user's browser until it is deleted or replaced.

09

Your rights

Within the limits set by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You can exercise these rights by writing to mhzippersrl@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

10

Minors

The website is intended for professionals, companies and operators in the fashion and accessories industry. It is not intended to knowingly collect data from minors.

11

Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, technical providers or applicable law. The published version always shows the date of the latest update.
